Senior UX Engineer
with strong
visual design ,
Figma expertise , and a passion for improving user experiences. In this role, you’ll independently drive key UX initiatives for innovative software products in a regulated industry. Design user-friendly, compliant interfaces using standards such as W3C, Material Design, and Apple HIG. Execute and maintain a
Design Language System (DLS)
in Figma (advanced component and variable usage required). Lead user research, usability testing, and prototype creation to validate and iterate on design concepts. Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for UX best practices and guide product improvements. Deliver high-quality UX documentation and design specifications. What We’re Looking For : 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices). Strong
Figma skills
(components, auto-layout, themes, variables). Proven ability to create, present, and justify design decisions. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Degree in Human Factors, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with hospital credentialing or healthcare systems is a plus. Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
