Team Lead | Enterprise Talent Services @ Motion Recruitment

Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring a UX/UI Designer to join their team in San Francisco, CA!

**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

As the UX/UI Designer, you will lead end-to-end UX/UI design for innovative, net-new AI-powered experiences and help define and implement autonomous/agentic design systems across products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of innovative, Agentic AI-powered user experiences from concept to execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and researchers to define requirements and craft cohesive user journeys
• Translate research and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer-ready design specs
• Contribute to the development of agentic systems that support autonomous workflows
• Design effectively within fast-paced, ambiguous environments while ensuring consistency across products and design systems

Desired Skills:

• 3-5+ year’s of experience as UX/UI Designer
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience in translating the potential of emerging technologies, particularly agentic AI, into tangible design solutions that address user needs and pain points
• Design concepts and solutions through compelling storyboards, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
