Our client is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their dynamic team for a hybrid contract opportunity in Miami! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience across their suite of digital assets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, internal and external designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric designs. Responsibilities : Investigate user experience design requirements forsuite of digital assets. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy for the brand. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets. Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design. Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis. Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design. Identify appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutions. Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems. Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly. Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes. Qualifications : Three or more years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences. Experience with user-centric design overall. Experience designing technical and / or business web applications. Experience with Figma. Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot, and similar. Desired Skills : Expertise in Conversational Channels : Chatbot, IVR, SMS, Assisted, and other similar.A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, GitHub, etc.).Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.Portfolio of largely professional work.Contributed to one or more design programs or shipped products.Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples.Experience with JIRA.Experience with Smart Sheets and / or Google Suite.
