Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for designing assets for print and digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, landing pages, and event materials. Your designs will support all five MSI brands, helping to deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging to our audiences.

Who You Are:
You're a versatile designer with strong marketing instincts. You understand how to create visuals that not only look good but also drive action and conversions.
What You'll Do:
Design assets for social media, emails, ads, landing pages, and events. Support magazine layout as a backup designer. Develop branding for new initiatives. Create light video content and edit for social media and YouTube. What You Bring:
5+ years of graphic design experience (at least 3 in marketing). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization and digital best practices.[JC1] Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design work.
