We are looking for a UX Designer II who will be responsible for working with cross disciplinary teams to develop the meaningful UI/UX design, including the brainstorming, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and iterating based on research findings and documentation. Digital Health Team's mission is to empower people to live healthier lives by leveraging our wearables, smartphones, medical devices, AI, and health services. We research, develop, and commercialize innovative digital health products and solutions by bringing together the full capabilities of our team, including product strategy and management, clinical expertise, partnerships, UI/UX design, usability research, clinical research and validation, software development, AI / Gen AI, and regulatory. Millions of users’ lives worldwide have been touched by our products, including the HeartWise for cardiac rehabilitation and the Health Monitor App. With a unique advantage in the consumer electronics market and growing focus on Digital Health and AI/Gen AI provide exciting technical challenges and rewarding career experience. Role and Responsibilities: Work with lead designers creating meaningful experiences by delivering UX, UI design from concept through to shipping products. Provide intuitive and creative solutions for complex design problems. Work effectively with other designers, UX researchers, program managers, and hardware and software engineers in a highly collaborative environment. Utilize design-thinking and user-centered approaches to communicate your design ideas effectively. Critically evaluate the success of your design and iterate for the best result to meet business goals. Document, organize, and share project plans to ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Required Experience and Education: 4+ years experience of interaction and visual design. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Solid portfolio with creative design works. Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Keynote/PPT) for creating visual artifacts and presentations. Seniority level
