Your future role As the Head of Global Total Rewards Communications, you will lead the global design and implementation of Compensation & Benefits communication strategies and materials. You will work closely with Total Rewards leaders to ensure our incentive offerings are communicated consistently, compellingly, and transparently to our global employee workforce. You will manage a small team of dedicated communications professionals to handle the varied responsibilities of this function. You will report to the Head of Global Total Rewards and collaborate extensively with the full TR team. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive cross-audience communications plan for Total Rewards aligned with business objectives. Create effective, professional, and innovative materials for various projects and audiences to convey Total Rewards messaging to leaders and employees. Enhance employee engagement in Total Rewards offerings through impactful communication strategies employing diverse styles and techniques. Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders to deepen understanding of programs and influence the planning, design, and rollout for greater impact. Coordinate with internal teams managing global SAP employee platforms to ensure timely and accurate posting of materials. Ensure all team-produced materials are carefully edited and proofread before distribution. What you bring: 5+ years in a leadership role 10+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, UX, international HR, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills Experience leading global communication campaigns with sensitivity to local nuances Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills We win with inclusion SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models ensure everyone feels included and can perform at their best. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP values pay transparency to foster an honest, supportive culture and demonstrate our commitment to pay equity. The annualized compensation range for this position is $224,700 - $381,900 USD, including base salary and variable incentives.
