The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve the agency's vision, mission, and goals. This role takes a data-driven approach, using diverse channels to reach SWT's target audience to drive awareness of new and current services, foster brand growth, and increase ridership. The Marketing Manager is additionally responsible for leading, and/or collaborating on projects for new product and service launches. This role directly manages the Community Engagement Coordinator and the Marketing Project Manager.
