Position Summary & Responsibilities Location preferred : Birmingham, AL, Richmond, VA, or Remote. This role supports Marketing software systems and business processes, providing technical support, oversight, and administration of applications like FIS Aligne, energy trading, and midstream systems. The candidate should have experience supporting ETRM systems, understanding of natural gas industry processes, and report to the IT Marketing Systems Manager. Position Requirements Experience with ETRM systems such as FIS Aligne, Open Link, Allegro, PipeOps, GasOps. Knowledge of deal origination, pre-bid prep, nominations, confirmations, and settlements. Ability to work with various tools, databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), and tech stacks. Strong collaboration skills, responsiveness to service needs. Knowledge of FIS Aligne infrastructure and integration experience. Experience with financial and physical deal flow, database query optimization, ETL processes, and cloud integrations (Azure or AWS). Self-starter attitude, analytical skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent communication skills, and availability for after-hours support. Seniority level :
