Job Description

One Health Home Health and Hospice is seeking a professional Business Development / Account Executive to lead marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to join an established, reputable, and quality-driven agency that treats its patients and employees like family. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, including hospice, home health, home care, or skilled nursing.

• The candidate should have strong existing relationships with referral sources such as hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, and health insurance companies.
• Must be capable of executing marketing strategies that promote the growth of the home health program. We seek a professional, personable, driven, and intelligent individual.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in healthcare marketing software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, email) is required.
• Ability to prioritize projects independently and meet tight deadlines is necessary.

Schedule: Self-determined schedule, on the road serving Contra Costa or Alameda County.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Supplemental pay: Bonus, commission, salary (performance-based).
• Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Experience: Preferably multiple years in healthcare marketing.

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site with travel requirements.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends.

Seniority Level: Entry level.
