Job Description: We are seeking a talented, experienced Proposal Writer/Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, developing marketing strategies, and supporting business development efforts. This role requires excellent writing skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality proposals for various projects and clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for client meetings.
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical construction industry is a plus.
