You'll perform as a Data Visualization, Illustrator Analyst, Staff. You'll be a highly experienced and skilled Team Lead joining our team in the development and creation of a new Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) manual for the F-35 aircraft. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of data analysts and illustrators in producing a comprehensive and accurate IPB manual that meets the specific needs and requirements of the F-35 program.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a technical writing or engineering environment.
• Experience in leading teams and managing projects, with a proven track record of success

Desired Skills

• Experience in the development and creation of technical documentation and/or data governance such as IPB manuals, is highly desirable
• Experience with F35 engineering and sustainment data systems such as PDM, Provisioning, SFM, Engineering drawings, VAS, etc.
• Experience with project management and project management methodologies

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
