Dal-Tile is looking for a motivated professional to join the team to work on strategic projects that lead to Digital Transformation. This individual will assist in delivering new Customer Experiences through new Customer Journeys or strategic projects. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborating with a Digital team to expand Customer Experiences through new technologies. This individual will need to have a strong skillset in managing requirements and ensuring solutions meet user or business expectations. Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: Takes initiative to identify and implement process best practices and efficiencies Looks to understand and improve business processes rather than simple lift and shift approaches Collaborate with development teams to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements Help maintain data integrity and integrations between our websites and SFMC using Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise Partner with Salesforce CRM team to develop the best integration and implementation solutions for successful strategic campaigns Conduct database management for list building, data hygiene, and data enrichment activities Lead other strategic Digital Marketing projects that enrich Customer Journeys and User Experience Required Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of relevant experience Experience in supporting end-user requirements gathering and documentation Expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Advertising Studio Hands-on experience with creating and updating data extensions and sending real-time triggered emails Understanding of CRM concepts and email communication best practices Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and email deliverability Basic knowledge of SQL queries and API concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills Forward-thinking, well-organized, and detail-oriented Able to work collaboratively in a team environment Other Pertinent Job Information: While performing this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, type, talk, and hear.
