Your Main Mission:
- Design and develop web applications that interact with remote databases, utilizing serverless architecture for scalability and security.
- Implement authentication and authorization to manage user access and permissions, ensuring secure data handling.
- Develop RESTful APIs for data operations, with proper error handling and logging.
- Deploy web applications on cloud platforms, following best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Write high-quality, well-documented code, participate in code reviews and testing.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, and IAM is preferred.
- Develop SharePoint sites and websites supporting learning programs and courses.
- Gather requirements and develop user-centered solutions for interactive media learning projects.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, AV, IT, and production teams to complete projects.
- Coordinate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Use project tracking tools to manage tasks and communicate progress.
- Analyze project options considering physical and security constraints.
- Recommend equipment and software based on industry best practices and policies.
- Maintain necessary credentials and archive projects per standards.
- Adhere to security policies regarding system and infrastructure use.
- Work diplomatically with team members and clients to identify requirements and develop plans.
What Sets You Apart:
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Degree in computer science, web development, IT, or related field, with 4-8 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing online applications, interactive media, or games for learning environments.
- Minimum three years of programming, web design, or coding experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages like Python, Java, and C++.
- Experience with SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong UI/UX design skills, including creating mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like After Effects and Dreamweaver.
- Experience deploying products in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and utilize project management tools.
- Willingness to learn new platforms, languages, and tools.
- Experience with AI/ML tools, including LLMs.
You Might Also Have:
- Experience in instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning development.
- Experience with 3D or WebGL development using Autodesk Maya, Unity, or Adobe tools.
- Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, composition, and color.
- Knowledge of copyright and ADA compliance.
