Community Manager – Chapel Ridge of Jackson and Magnolia Landing

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in leasing, marketing, and collections
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata (preferred)
• A passion for delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction

Your Role at Chapel Ridge of Jackson and Magnolia Landing:

• Drive the property’s financial success and meet occupancy goals
• Manage daily property inspections and keep delinquency in check
• Lead and support our office staff and maintenance team
• Control budget expenses and ensure effective hiring
• Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations
• Keep accurate and timely reports
