UI/UX Designer w/ Microsoft Dynamics - 2 positions Start: 3-4 weeks from date of offer Length of Contract: 12 months Location: Charlotte, NC - 28262 Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday onsite. Monday and Friday are remote Hours worked per week: 37.5 *Background Check, Drug Screen, and Fingerprint* W2 Contract Only The client is looking to add 2 new UI/UX Designers to their team. This role requires working experience with Microsoft Dynamics. The client implemented Dynamics a few years ago and is very vanilla/out of the box. They are trying to optimize the product to better suit their needs and usability. This project specifically is for internal staff / internal documents. Ideal candidate will have strong UI / UX design skills and be proficient in prototyping. Musts: UI/UX Designer - 5+ years of experience Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Plus: Any experience with Copilot From the client: Leads user interface design services. Develops and executes interface design solutions related to the user experience. Partners with teams across the division in defining and communicating the design direction. Core Responsibilities: Design usable web page/site layouts, navigation, and content elements while maximizing system performance. Provide UI services to project team members. Translate business requirements and user needs into UI designs. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and business leaders. Consider all aspects of the user's experience, along with business and marketing goals, to deliver high-quality design, prototypes, and documentation. Possess advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, interactions, and Vanguard's brand. Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Analyze data and user feedback to make critical design decisions. Utilize technical knowledge to produce achievable and efficient solutions. Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Recommend UI design improvements to help internal business partners achieve their goals. Facilitate and present at design reviews. Present storyboards related to UI design elements. Test UI designs during development to ensure pages meet desired look and feel. Recommend improvements in web functionality, navigation, and UI elements. Serve as an informal tester for web UI projects. Train and mentor junior staff in user experience design best practices. Provide guidance, training, and motivation. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Five years of related work experience. Seniority level
