Responsibilities:
- Lead design work within a team, collaborating with other designers, product owners, developers, and technical leads.
- Attend agile ceremonies such as grooming, planning, and refinement.
- Hands-on design work using Figma (50% of the time).
- Present and advocate for design proposals (50% of the time).
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in design, with expertise in design principles, problem-solving, and project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to handle feedback and work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards.
Language:
English required.
Skills:
UX design, product design, UI design, user experience, wireframing, Figma.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

This is a fully remote position.
