We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our client's team for a long-term contract position, fully remote. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using cutting-edge tools and strategies. Design and implement marketing campaigns using automation platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Marketo. Create and optimize logic flows to ensure seamless campaign execution and engagement. Conduct A/B testing to analyze performance and refine marketing strategies. Perform thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee error-free campaign deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Provide insights and analytics using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and Bing. Develop and execute plans to enhance brand awareness through blogging, advertisements, and social media. Monitor and manage content within CMS and CRM platforms to ensure consistency and alignment. Utilize data-driven approaches to improve campaign planning and overall marketing effectiveness. Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, Marketo, or Mailchimp. Proficient knowledge of email HTML and Liquid code to create highly personalized emails. Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and implementation. Expertise in designing and optimizing logic flows in marketing platforms. Familiarity with quality assurance processes for marketing campaigns. Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams. Background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience with analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
