Role Overview: We are the eCommerce team of McAfee, building next-generation solutions to help acquire new customers and retain existing ones. This position is for a creative UI/Web Developer with expertise in front-end technologies and frameworks, and a keen eye for design and user experience. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create high-quality web applications with seamless user interfaces. Position Details Location: Hybrid in Frisco, TX; onsite as needed (1-6 times/month). Candidates must be within a commutable distance; no relocation assistance offered. About the Role Develop responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing web applications. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Determine best coding practices, development tools, and validation requirements. Work with multiple technologists, including developers and project managers, to evaluate requirements and prioritize development tasks. About You Expertise with Vue.js is essential. 3-5 years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React.js, JavaScript, AngularJS, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and related components is a plus. Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Experience in designing and building UI frameworks. Ability to collaborate with back-end and application developers to integrate data from various services. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools.
