Learning Experience Designer - Mid-Level Contract Duration : 12 Months Pay range : $54.74 - 62.04/hr Location : Framingham, MA Work Type:
100% Remote
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze Learning Needs: Learning Experience Designer conducts thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and sets appropriate learning objectives Design and Develop Technical Learning: Create engaging and effective online courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with technology experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance Utilize Instructional Design Models: Apply various instructional design models and learning theories to develop compelling learning experiences Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience Evaluate Effectiveness: Test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, making improvements as needed Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all learning experiences are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners
Job Requirements :
5-10 years of experience developing training materials Developing training materials under the guidance of the Change and Training Leads. Experience with Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360 are part of this suite) or similar training development tools Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions) Experience developing materials for technology solutions Experience with training delivery and facilitation (asset) Experience creating training materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
