Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires strong expertise in packaging design, as well as a solid foundation in apparel graphics, print & pattern, and brand art direction. You will be instrumental in developing packaging elements such as hangtags, labels, trims, and retail-ready presentations that elevate the customer experience and reflect the brand's premium positioning.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, product development, and production teams to create high-quality assets that are both visually compelling and technically ready for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop packaging materials including hangtags, labels, trims, and printed collateral for product and retail
2. Translate brand identity into consistent and premium packaging experiences across categories
3. Create original artwork, graphics, and textile prints for seasonal collections
4. Develop repeat patterns and placement graphics for apparel and accessories
5. Prepare all packaging and print design files to be production-ready, including dielines, color separations, and print specifications
6. Ensure accuracy and consistency of artwork across all physical applications
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution from concept through production
8. Stay current on fashion and packaging trends to propose innovative ideas and materials
9. Support brand and marketing design needs as required

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Textile/Fashion Design, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or product-based graphic design role with a strong focus on packaging
3. Proven portfolio showcasing work in hangtags, labels, packaging systems, and apparel graphics
4. Deep understanding of packaging design, materials, finishes, and production requirements
5. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
6. Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of typography, color, and layout
7. Experience managing files for production, including tech pack contributions and vendor handoff
8. Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial needs and technical feasibility
9. Excellent communication and time management skills
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
