Top Skill & Years of Experience Required: Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing business web applications. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar UI/UX design and prototyping tools. 5+ years of experience converting UI/UX designs into front-end components. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or SASS. Experience with JavaScript or Typescript. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile development environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies. A portfolio of past projects demonstrating your UI/UX and front-end work is required for consideration. Nice-to-Have (Optional):
Hands-on experience with React and/or MUI. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest front-end and UX design trends and technologies. .NET Web API's (a plus).
