Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of provider-facing clinical guidelines and training materials for Ro’s affiliated medical group. Ensure consistency and accuracy of clinical content in collaboration with cross-functional partners including clinical product strategy, marketing, growth, and product. Translate clinical strategy and scientific literature into patient-friendly educational materials across formats (written, video, tagline, etc.). Use insights from medical experts, product teams, and behavior science principles to create content that supports patients throughout their healthcare journey. Act as a key reviewer and thought partner on projects led by Clinical Product Directors and Senior Directors. Build strong relationships across product, operations, and marketing to identify opportunities for content-driven improvements in patient experience and health outcomes. In the first 90 days: conduct a full audit of current provider and patient-facing content, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose a prioritization roadmap for improvements. 3+ years of practicing medicine in a clinical setting 5+ years of writing or creating medical or scientific content A deep understanding of clinical guidelines and evidence-based care principles Strong ability to craft clear, engaging, and medically accurate educational content Ability to work cross-functionally with product, medical, and operations teams We've Got You Covered

The target base salary for this position ranges from $178,000 - $210,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary. Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
