Location: Hybrid - Home & Office in Graybar Building above Grand Central Station Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Base Salary: $85k On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000-$110,000 Why WBR? What You'll Do: Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue goals. Acquisition:
Plan and execute strategies to attract senior-level attendees at our events. Performance Measurement and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to inform sales strategies. Vendor Management:
Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate campaign performance. Communication:
Share marketing strategies and performance insights with teams and leadership. Customer Success:
Partner with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our services, acting as a relationship manager. Brand Alignment & Awareness:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across portfolios and channels. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a small marketing team to foster growth and performance. Collaboration and Project Management:
Work with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and produce results. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related roles; experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Demand Generation is a plus. Proven success with measurable KPIs in data-driven marketing campaigns and team leadership. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a collaborative spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments. Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
