Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Graphics Designer/Photography to support a Federal Agency. This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel. Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce graphics, photography, and videography services while collaborating with stakeholders to create visually compelling content aligned with organizational goals.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute video/photo shoots, including setting up necessary equipment, selecting locations, and maintaining a catalog of work.
3. Utilize industry-standard software to edit and enhance images, videos, and audio, including internal and external media footage.
4. Photograph and videotape ceremonies, VIP visits, hospital tours, recruitment videos, and events for public relations purposes within the system.
5. Use the latest available Adobe software to create flash content for use in kiosk presentations using HTML and Action Script.
6. Manage and convert multimedia files across various formats (digital, print, AV) while ensuring compatibility and mission-dependent requirements.
7. Log all jobs in the Government ticketing system and maintain an organized archive of digital assets for future use.
8. Responsible for final products to be in digital formats as well as print, mission dependent.
9. Manage and maintain multimedia equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, recommend purchases, and coordinate video productions while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
10. Set up and take down necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and props.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

1. Four (4) years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
2. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
3. Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.
4. Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

1. Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Flash).
3. Experience working in a military or healthcare environment.
4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
