Nfinity is looking for a creative and high-energy Social Media Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes cheer culture, social trends, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for capturing engaging, viral-worthy content, managing real-time event coverage, and crafting social media posts that drive community engagement and brand loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories showcasing Nfinity athletes, products, and events.
• Cover live cheerleading competitions, combines, and special events with behind-the-scenes footage and athlete spotlights.
• Engage with our audience, respond to trends, and help build the strongest digital cheer community.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to develop compelling campaigns.

Who You Are:

• A creative storyteller with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Passionate about cheerleading, sports, or athlete-driven content.
• Skilled in video editing, photography, and trend-driven content creation.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced event environments and produce real-time updates.

Responsibilities -

• Must feel comfortable shooting and editing in DSLR and Cine Cameras
• Design and post marketing materials, using Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring alignment to brand standards
• Conduct field market research and deliver information to all key stakeholders including weekly reporting on social media initiatives and ROI
• Partner with team in all aspects of social media marketing including event coverage and promotions, brand and sales, ads and ecom platforms, and social campaign development
• Manage the social media calendar and prioritization for marketing collateral development
• Support the marketing team with overflow brand design materials
• Travel to various events including photo and video shoots, Pop-Up stores, trade shows, and other cheerleading events as required
• Travel up to 40% is required, based on seasonality of sport and events calendar

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Social Media Marketing experience REQUIRED
• Content Creation skills a MUST like Video, editing, music etc
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and Adobe are a REQUIREMENT
• Recent experience in the cheerleading industry is REQUIRED
• Must be creative, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and successfully meet multiple deadlines
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment is critical
• Ability to build and implement procedures related to cheerleading social initiatives
• 4 year college degree in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Must have a high energy level and professional appearance and be incredibly passionate about Cheerleading!
