We're seeking a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling to join a modern wellness brand focused on clean skincare and self-care rituals. This role offers the opportunity to bring a thoughtful, elevated brand to life across digital and print platforms, working closely with a fantastic Creative Director on social content, email campaigns, banners, photoshoots, and more.

Schedule: Hybrid - Tues and Thurs are On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on a wide range of design projects including social content, emails, banners, and photoshoots
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as signage, packaging, brochures, and in-store collateral
• Develop digital assets for Instagram, email campaigns, web content, and paid media
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and touchpoints
• Prep final files for both print and digital with precision and attention to detail
• Support creative campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives
• Stay current on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to push the brand forward
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals in both print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience designing for social media (especially Instagram), email marketing, and digital banners
• Knowledge of print production processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Background in both agency and in-house creative teams is a plus
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and visually compelling storytelling
