HubSpot CRM Specialist

As our CRM Growth Champion, you'll take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and turn it into a powerful revenue engine. This isn't just about maintaining systems—it's about pioneering new approaches that directly impact our bottom line.
Location: Juno Beach, FL Local candidates are preferred and will follow a hybrid work schedule, reporting to the Juno Beach office 2–3 times per week. However, fully remote candidates will also be considered.

You'll be the driving force behind our CRM strategy, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology to:

What you will do:
Use your extensive knowledge of HubSpot’s configuration and technical/functional capabilities to maintain and evolve a CRM that bolsters the company’s business.
Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable interface parts to supply users with optimized data to support smart decisions.
Maintain data integrity, security, and best practices to maintain a CRM that is a reliable source of data for the business
Collaborate with Communications Manager on email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
You have:
3+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator
Have certifications for HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.
The expertise to design and implement complex system processes and designs specifically demonstrating the ability to create custom elements like custom objects, workflows, and views, indicating an intermediate level of proficiency in CRM administration or development
Strong skill in project creation and management, including intake of tasks, prioritization, and successful delivery with communication and training
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities:
Automation & Workflows
Create and maintain multi-branch workflows across marketing, sales and service hubs
Write JavaScript/Node.js Code Actions To Extend Workflow Capabilities (preferred)
Fix automation issues and troubleshoot data flow problems
Testing & Optimization
Run A/B tests on sequences, emails and nurturing campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and improve email deliverability
Implement list management best practices
Reporting & Analytics
Build custom dashboards for pipeline, lifecycle and revenue tracking
Monitor system health, API usage and platform limits
Collaboration & Documentation
Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
Document processes, systems and configuration changes
Train Sales Team and act as support when needed

Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed

Education / Experience:
Required:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Technical, Communication, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field. In lieu of an associate’s degree, five (5) years of relevant work experience may suffice; or, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, eleven (11) years of relevant experience may be accepted.
Combination of degree and work experience may be considered.

COMPENSATION:
Salary at Juno Health, a division of DSS, Inc., is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 TO $95,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Juno Health. total compensation package for employees.
