Position Summary
Berger Partnership is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team who is inspired by what we do and is eager and excited to add to our firm culture. Responsibilities As the key resource for the firm in leading overall marketing and business development efforts, the Marketing Director partners with firm leadership and design staff. Skills and specific responsibilities are as follows: Align marketing plans and priorities with firm-wide business goals and strategic plans. Own the firm's brand positioning and how it is reflected in all communications and collateral. Develop, manage, coordinate, and craft compelling, creative, and graphically dynamic marketing materials such as client proposals, statements of qualifications, and portfolios. Develop the strategy for and manage the maintenance of CRM/business development tools. Monitor and report on industry competition and competitive advantages. Establish a strong understanding of a wide range of marketing segments and communicate appropriate information on them. Engage in activities to grow client contacts and strengthen existing relationships. Develop, manage, and coordinate advertising and public relations plans and implementation. Develop strategies, messaging, and content for award submissions. The ability to keep everyone on track with their commitments in SOQs, awards, and marketing efforts while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Demonstrated experience in leading and managing design firm marketing. Proven ability to develop effective proposals and marketing campaigns. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a team environment. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within a defined, often short, schedule. Excel at managing and building client relationships as a firm representative. Ability to work on multiple deadlines simultaneously while managing team members' contributions. Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator); experience with CRM systems is a plus. The expected range of compensation for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The actual salary will be based on individual experience and qualifications.
