Role Description: The Assistant Studio Manager supports the studio team, embodies Perspire’s mission, vision, and values, and plays a key role in motivating staff and ensuring smooth operations. This leadership position involves fostering a positive environment, supporting sales, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
• Promote a positive, team-first atmosphere
• Act as liaison between Regional Manager and staff
• Lead membership sales efforts, focusing on conversion rates and sales metrics
• Maintain high visibility and engagement with guests, providing excellent customer service
• Resolve guest complaints and membership issues professionally
• Advocate for the benefits of IR Saunas and memberships
• Follow front desk procedures, including member check-in, inquiries, consent forms, tours, and account management (experience with Mindbody software is a plus)
• Manage weekly and monthly inventory and facility inspections
