- Proficiency in Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UI principles and UX design methodologies
- Wireframes and Prototypes: Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Design Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
- Visual Design Fundamentals: Understanding of Typography, Color Theory, and Visual Hierarchy
- Accessibility: Experience in Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- User Research and Testing: Conducting User Research, A/B Testing, and Persona Development
- Interaction Design: Interaction design and motion prototyping using tools like Framer and Principle
- Responsive Design: Expertise in responsive and adaptive design
- Business Requirements Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive UI
Tools Performance:
- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Collaboration Tools: Miro, FigJam for collaboration
- Developer Handoff: Zeplin for developer handoff
- Usability Testing Tools: Heatmaps & usability testing tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Maze
Soft Skills:
- User Empathy: Strong user empathy and ability to advocate for UX
- Collaboration: Collaboration with developers and product managers
- Feedback Iteration: Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
