Position Summary We are seeking a forward-thinking, visually driven Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to lead the creative direction of our digital storytelling. This role is ideal for a social marketer/designer who thrives at the intersection of aesthetics and strategy. In this role, you'll manage social media for Chamberlin + Associates and help our property portfolio while also handling a wide range of graphic design projects-from digital ads and flyers to signage and branding collateral. You'll create on-brand, high-impact visuals that drive engagement, support leasing goals, and build a consistent voice across platforms. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to own creative concepts from start to finish, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence how our brand shows up across digital and physical spaces. Key Responsibilities Social Media

• Develop and execute strategic social media content plans for the corporate brand and managed properties.
• Design and schedule high-quality social posts (static, carousel, video, story/reel formats) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Capture on-site content including photography, video clips, and event coverage.
• Write clear, engaging captions and content that align with our brand tone and leasing goals.
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and reviews to foster positive engagement and reputation. Graphic Design
• Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, digital ads, property signage, banners, and event materials.
• Support leasing teams with tailored marketing assets that reflect each property's unique personality.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Create templates for recurring property marketing needs that allow for fast, consistent updates.
• Collaborate with print vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality production and delivery. Strategy & Analytics
• Use social media management tools (e.g.Soci) to plan and analyze content performance.
• Track key metrics like engagement, reach, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Stay current with social trends, algorithm updates, and emerging design tools to optimize content performance. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both social media content and graphic design work.
• Experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Rush, Canva video).
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Arizona property sites for content creation.
