About the Role
- Manage daily property operations including billing, tenant applications, utility reads, maintenance, and task delegation.
- Enforce park rules and regulations promptly and consistently.
- Delegate tasks and oversee project completion.
- Address emergencies and prioritize situations immediately.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in a mobile home park.
- Availability for on-call emergencies.
- Ability to hire, train, and manage maintenance staff.
- Strong management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Courteous and professional in handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our business policies.
