The Role
Lead, Create, Redefine Digital Growth.
Unified Infotech is seeking a highly experienced and proven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive Unified’s brand expansion, demand generation and also lead website redesign initiatives for our clients.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for a senior marketer who understands how to design ROI-driven campaigns, lead end-to-end demand generation programs, drive organic growth through SEO, and deliver world-class web experiences.
Your Mission and Impact:
Full-Funnel Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Architect, execute, and scale a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across SEO, Paid Media, Content, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Automation.
Demand Generation:
- Own and lead B2B demand generation programs that drive qualified inbound leads, nurture engagement, and convert opportunities.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, nurture tracks, and account-based marketing initiatives (ABM).
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting high-value audiences in Unified’s focus industries and markets.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing and revenue goals.
- Build and execute a robust SEO strategy focused on technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and authority building.
- Manage technical health (Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl optimization), keyword strategy, backlink acquisition, and search rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, aHrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
Client Website Redesign Project Management:
- Scope, plan, and lead client website redesigns — ensuring optimal UX/UI design, CMS platform selection, SEO optimization, web performance, and measurable conversion impact.
Strategic Brand Storytelling:
- Craft and deploy compelling marketing narratives, web content, thought leadership pieces, and creative assets to elevate Unified’s brand position.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with Sales, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned to business priorities.
Analytics-Driven Optimization:
- Build KPIs and reporting dashboards to continuously monitor performance, derive insights, and optimize digital programs to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of digital marketers, SEO specialists, and creatives — fostering a high-performance, innovative team culture.
What You Bring
- 5+ yrs of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in senior roles within B2B tech, SaaS, or digital consulting firms.
- Strong track record in building and scaling successful demand generation programs.
- Hands on experience in leading website re-design initiatives
- Advanced SEO expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page domains.
- Deep proficiency in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, SEMrush, aHrefs, Moz, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp.
- Experience managing end-to-end website redesign projects with an SEO-first and UX-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical acumen to turn marketing data into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — a confident presenter, collaborator, and strategic thinker.
- Hands-on knowledge of web platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow) and familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS basics).
