clinical practicum supervision .
Our faculty are dedicated to high-quality teaching for our diverse student population, aiming to facilitate student success and meet individual educational needs.
The successful candidate will be committed to teaching in a multicultural environment and working with students with diverse learning abilities. Opportunities include teaching during days, evenings, and weekends, with up to two undergraduate course sections per semester.
Compensation is provided via a biweekly stipend starting after the course add/drop date. We invite you to join our team and submit your application today!
Responsibilities
Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings
Delivery in various formats: in-person, online, hybrid, or blended (preference for in-person)
Student evaluation and departmental communication
Timely submission of required documentation
Supervision at various Chicagoland locations
Qualifications
Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Current Illinois State Licensure
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical service delivery experience post-CCC
Preferred: recent practice in speech language pathology
Availability for late afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to integrate technology into clinical practice
Enthusiasm for serving diverse populations
