Who We Are
Visual Media- e.g. imagery, video and other interactive media, is essential to Wayfair’s mission to offer an unparalleled customer experience in the home e-commerce space. The Visual Media Operations (VMO) team enables customers to tangibly experience the products we sell online and explore expanded inventory when shopping in store, making purchase decisions easier for our customers wherever they shop. Equally, visual media enables each of our premium and flagship brands, like All Modern, Joss & Main, and Kelly Clarkson Home to convey their unique brand stories. Through visual media merchandising we seek to maximize value for customers, suppliers and Wayfair alike.
To achieve our mission, we are looking for a collaborative and execution- oriented manager, responsible for ensuring that, (i) all requests for visual media are aligned with brand priorities and coverage targets (ii) visual media demand forecasts accurately inform production capacity needed, and (iii) our visual media request process functions smoothly and requests are prioritized effectively. This person should be able to identify innovative approaches to drive value, quickly translate strategy to actionable roadmaps, manage projects with a bias for action and effectively lead and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
