Shift: Day

Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)

Hours per Pay Period: 72 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt)

Starting Wage DOE: $17.15 - 21.44

Under supervision, provides continuous observation of patients via video, intervenes via 2-way audio to promote safety, supports unit activities, and maintains confidentiality. Acts as primary resource for the Video Monitoring System, provides staff education, and assists with program development.

Essential Job Functions

• Supports behaviors aligned with Billings Clinic’s mission, values, and standards. Maintains competency in all standards related to safety and performance.
• Performs clerical duties, manages communication, and utilizes electronic applications supporting staff and patient workflow.
• Observes patients, reports changes, maintains visual observation, and communicates patient needs promptly to nursing staff.
• Interacts courteously with patients, visitors, and staff, supporting patient safety and quality care.
• Uses performance improvement principles to enhance patient services and supports Magnet nursing care standards.
• Adheres to safety standards, anticipates safety issues, and performs other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Six months CNA experience preferred

Certifications: Current Montana CNA license and CPR certification at hire
