If so, keep on reading-We're looking for an experienced Product Design Manager to lead Conversion Experiences under the Monetization - Signal Growth pillar. This leader will support a high performing team of PDMs and ICs across a suite of product portfolios including advertiser/seller Shops experiences and the buyer shopping journey across native Shops and Browser. In addition, this PDM will be collaborating and establishing relationships with our partners across Monetization and FoA.What do we do?Conversion Experiences is a suite of ad features and product experiences that supports ad-driven shopping journeys for buyers across Facebook and Instagram, while helping advertisers/sellers optimize their return on ads spend so that they can continue to grow their businesses here on Meta Platforms.nn**Required Skills:** nnProduct Design Manager, Conversion Experiences Responsibilities:nn1. Build and manage a team of collaborative product designers that delivers simple, well-crafted designsnn2. Lead decisions for Profile design with cross-functional partnersnn3. Identify opportunities in an ambiguous space, and turn broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable products for our usersnn4. Proactively solicit and provide feedback from leaders and a broader product team in order to improve our products and raise our quality barnn5. Be responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and design simplicity and craftnn6. Collaborate with other teams across Facebook and cross-functional partners to efficiently align on simple solutionsnn7. Effectively communicate your team's product goals and connect related projects across the companynn**Minimum Qualifications:** nnMinimum Qualifications:nn8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of experience in Product Designnn9. 4+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadershipnn10. 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teamsnn11. Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly communicating the goals and conceptsnn12. Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking with the experience developing product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the companynn13.
