The Brand Guild . The Brand Guild is seeking a creative, curious, and detail-oriented individual to join our Social Media Team as a Social Media Fellow. We are a team of experts who craft and tell the stories of some of the nation’s top mission-driven brands through Public Relations, Marketing, Content, Events, and Creative. Our ideal candidate is naturally curious, with an eye for aesthetics and excellent organizational skills, excited to help carry out campaigns on both local and national levels. This is a part-time position, paid hourly at $20. Weekly hours are approximately 25. Benefits are not included. The position can be in person or hybrid, with at least one day/week in our WDC office. You Are

Account Support (25%) Assist with daily and monthly social media tasks for 2-4 clients in real estate, hospitality, and spirits industries Compile and finalize monthly reports Schedule posts and content for multiple accounts Draft client communications and contribute to all deliverables Content Development (60%) Manage post copywriting for 2-3 accounts Collaborate with the design team on visuals Assist with content creation, including Canva graphics and Reels Source user-generated content Participate in on-site content capturing and real-time posting Join monthly content brainstorming sessions Community Management (15%) Manage community interactions across platforms Monitor messages and ensure aligned responses Flag issues and assist with resolutions Minimum Qualifications
1 year social media internship experience, preferably at an agency (photography and design skills preferred) Knowledge of social media marketing across platforms Experience managing corporate, brand, or influencer accounts Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team Nice to Have
Strong writing skills Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Sprout Social Content creation experience for Instagram Reels Knowledge of DC and local offerings Additional Details
