Position Description Our Space Systems Sector, Tactical Space Systems Division, seeks a qualified Sr. Pr. Mission Architect Engineer focusing on Modeling and Simulation for the M1 mission. The role involves working on space and ground programs in Dulles, VA, supporting next-generation space capabilities in a dynamic, innovative environment. Responsibilities CONOPS and Mission Analysis Systems Level Integration and Test Mission Modeling and Simulation Verification and Validation Resource Logistics and Execution Mission Operations Support Model Based Systems Engineering This role combines technical expertise, innovative thinking, and execution skills, requiring organized, solutions-oriented interaction with external and internal teams involved in ground and space segment integration. Basic Qualifications B.S. in STEM + 8 years of experience; M.S. in STEM + 6 years of experience Understanding of Systems Engineering principles Experience in requirements management, system architecture, and CONOPS Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience with space or ground system development Experience presenting to customers Cross-disciplinary team collaboration Experience with M1 mission design, satellite ground software, modeling & simulation MBSE architecture skills and analysis product integration Knowledge of system-of-systems architecture for national security Proficiency with MATLAB, STK, and related engineering tools Salary Range $137,400 - $206,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
