As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Core Responsibilities
Drive product strategy and vision for next-generation studios technology platforms Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions that process and manage global content catalogs Define and own product roadmaps that align with Amazon / MGM Studios and Prime Video's strategic objectives Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Amazon's entertainment ecosystem Mentor product managers while championing product excellence and innovation
Key Deliverables
Architect and execute the product vision for integrating MGM's vast content library with Amazon's streaming infrastructure Design intuitive solutions for complex content relationships (multi-region, multi-language, licensing workflows) Develop and implement scalable product strategies that drive operational excellence Lead transformation initiatives that enhance and expands theatrical distribution internationally and streamline financial processes for Amazon and MGM Studios.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience with large-scale technical products Proven track record of launching successful products with significant business impact Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience in scaling teams and developing product talent

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
