SENIOR RF DESIGN ENGINEER

Reports to: Director of Engineering

Compensation: $140 - $160K

Your Role:

Join a passionate team creating next-generation wireless audio technology that makes communication more inclusive and impactful. As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you’ll design and test RF systems that power innovative, high-quality listening experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex RF challenges and enjoys bringing new products to life in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize RF front-end circuits, antennas, and wireless paths
• Troubleshoot and debug RF systems to meet performance and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide system architecture and product development
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and vendor coordination for high-volume manufacturing
• Stay current on RF trends and mentor team members in best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, Bachelor’s degree is a must
• 7+ years of RF design experience (up to 7 GHz)
• Highly proficient with RF modeling (i.e., Ansys) testing tools, and compliance processes
• Robust knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and multi-radio system integration
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A love of cooking in any form is a PLUS!
