Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist : On behalf of our marketing client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist for a 12-month contract to hire role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Irving, Texas office. Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist - Job Description : The Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist will contribute to marketing efforts that align with our marketing strategy, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers. This role involves leading and executing complex email, SMS, and media campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty, with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, and analytic expertise. Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist - Responsibilities : Focus on acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers through personalized digital marketing programs Create effective email content and digital experiences for targeted audience segments Monitor automation and journey performance for optimization opportunities Interpret and analyze campaign results and maintain custom reporting dashboards Build and execute A / B test plans and analyze results for improvements Lead collaborative efforts with IT partners for technical requirements and data model optimization Serve as technical marketing lead on Salesforce Marketing Cloud migrations and integrations Write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign analysis Lead junior team members through coaching and quality assurance Address email deliverability issues and oversee administrative tasks Support maintenance of monthly email calendar and organize email-related tasks Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and content across communications Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist - Mandatory Skills : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proven experience with email copywriting and responsive design Intermediate to advanced HTML / CSS skills and scripting languages Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Experience in multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns Self-starter with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant analytical tools Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist - Nice-to-Have Skills : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery Ability to work in a continuously changing environment Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist - Assignment Length : This is a 12-month contract to hire position.
