Who We're Seeking
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within the Broadcast Transformation team. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, establishing client relationships in the Broadcast space, and educating clients on Qvest’s services. The goal is to maximize sales, expand our client base, and contribute to the company's success. Experience in Broadcast Transformation is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and position our services effectively.
- Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and network.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales metrics and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in B2B technology sales and consulting, with 5+ years in management with P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid solutions in Broadcast Transformation.
- Existing network of contacts to leverage for new business.
- Proven success in handling RFPs and closing deals with media, digital, and Fortune 500 companies.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, with analytical skills and leadership ability.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $400,000 annually.
