- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing public relations and event marketing campaigns
- Manage on-site event logistics to ensure seamless live experiences
- Collaborate closely with marketing and client teams to integrate PR strategies into branded activations
- Engage event attendees by delivering key messages with confidence and enthusiasm
- Develop and organize promotional materials, signage, and event visuals
- Track event attendance, performance metrics, and inventory; prepare detailed reports
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail partners, and venue staff
- Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions to improve campaign impact
- Identify opportunities for enhancing audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for engaging diverse audiences
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-moving settings
- Creative problem solver passionate about brand storytelling and event marketing
- Previous experience in PR, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
