the development and execution of the omnichannel marketing plan for
health care professionals
. As M

by commercial teams are
channel agnostic and
customer centric.
This role requires strong collaboration within the cross-functional
commercial
organization, which includes Field/HCP teams
, marketing team, commercial excellence, training, privacy,
compliance

Marketing Analytics/Business Insights
.

Champion data-driven, personalized HCP engagement across digital, in-person, and traditional channels.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical, Digital, Integrated Media and Analytics to integrate omnichannel approaches into marketing plans, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across customer touchpoints.
Stay ahead of digital, AI, and marketing technology trends to
inform tech stack that
enhance
s
engagement and operational efficiency.
Partner with technology teams to evolve the marketing tech stack and drive innovation.
Insight
-Driven Optimization & Personalization Implement personalization at scale by
leveraging
advanced tools and technologies to deliver targeted, relevant content that resonates with specific demographics and customer preferences.
Define and implement a robust data strategy and measurement framework.
Leverage
latest technology advancements
to uncover insights,
optimize
content delivery, and improve performance.
Champion the adoption of digital platforms and emerging technologies to maximize omnichannel effectiveness, including CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and AI-driven tools.
Oversee the orchestration of personalized HCP journeys using segmentation and behavioral data.
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation,
measurement plans
, and actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Capability Building Manage and develop a high-
performing
team focused on omnichannel execution and innovation.
Serve as a central collaboration point across US Commercial teams, aligning omnichannel efforts with broader marketing, medical, and sales initiatives.
Partner with IT, Commercial Excellence, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies, alignment with sales activities, and adherence to regulatory standards in all omnichannel initiatives
Ensure all omnichannel activities
comply with
regulatory standards and company policies, collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate the complexities of vaccine marketing across various channels.
Support training, content rollout, and capability enhancement through strategic partnerships and performance dashboards.
Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred. Six years product marketing experience including HCP marketing. Experience with marketing analytics.
Preferred Qualifications MBA, MS Degree in Business
Proven
expertise
in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that span multiple channels, including digital, in-person, and traditional mediums.
Previous
experience in leading teams
and connecting the dots across diverse marketing and sales activities
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, with the ability to navigate compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Medical, Digital, Analytics) to drive customer-centric marketing solutions.
Exceptional analytical skills, with
a track record
of using data insights to inform and adjust commercial and marketing strategies.
Highly driven to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational
organization
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Strong strategic thinking, executive presence capabilities, and attention to detail
Advanced communication and presentation skills including ability to create impactful power point presentations with visual storytelling and adjust the story/details based on the audience

The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 – $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
