Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with established tone, voice, and design guidelines.
- Develop headlines, push notifications, and other in-app messaging that drive engagement.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and brand voice in all content.
- Work closely with growth, product, and design teams—as well as fellow writers—to create seamless user experiences.
- Use data and experimentation to refine messaging and optimize performance.
- Lead writing efforts across the user journey to support both acquisition and retention goals.
- Craft copy that bridges UX and marketing, delivering content that is both user-friendly and strategically effective.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure a consistent, user-centered approach.
- Champion the user experience while aligning with broader business and brand objectives.
