We are
seeking
an exceptionally organized,
creatively minded
, and experienced Narrative Producer to join our team. The Narrative Producer will be the central hub for all narrative content, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and integration of the game's story, lore, dialogue, and character development. This role requires a strong understanding of narrative design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster seamless collaboration between creative and technical teams.
As a member of the production department,
you’ll
be focused on creating and managing schedules, tracking development, and ensuring team deliverables are met on time and at quality. In this role, there will be a focus on animation requirements and delivery
on
features.

. Oversee
ing
and manag
ing
the end-to-end narrative content pipeline, from concept and scriptwriting to implementation and localization
Work
ing
closely with Narrative Designers, Writers, and external writing talent to ensure story consistency, quality, and
timely
delivery
Manag
ing
narrative-related assets, including scripts, dialogue spreadsheets, lore documents, character biographies, and cinematic outlines
Act
ing
as the primary liaison between the Narrative team and other departments
Facilitat
ing
communication and collaboration to ensure narrative elements are properly integrated into gameplay, art, audio, and cinematic sequences
Identify
ing
and resolv
ing
inter-departmental dependencies related to narrative content
Develop
ing
and manag
ing
realistic schedules for all narrative milestones, including script drafts,
voice-over
recordings, localization passes, and in-game implementation
Track
ing
progress,
identify
ing
potential delays, and implement
ing
corrective actions to keep narrative content on track
Identify
ing
and mitigat
ing
risks associated with narrative development, including scope creep, consistency issues, technical implementation challenges, and resource constraints
Develop
ing
contingency plans to address unforeseen issues
Maintain
ing
clear and organized documentation for all narrative content and workflows
Provid
ing
regular updates to stakeholders on the status of narrative development, risks, and accomplishments
Coordinating meetings to
facilitate
communication among narrative team members
You’re
awesome because you have… Proven experience (8
+
years) in Production or Project Management in the Games
Strong understanding of narrative design principles, storytelling techniques, and character development for interactive media
Strong communication
skills with the ability to lead multiple teams
An understanding of the technical process of software development
A track record
of helping ship software products in rapid development cycles
The ability to build regular reports of key actions and risks at
different levels
of detail
The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude
Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines
Comfort with self-critique and accepting outside feedback

. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
