We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Manager
who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you'll lead marketing strategy and campaign development from pitch through production for some of the world’s biggest brands. You'll collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Game Dev partners to bring branded activations to life across the top immersive platforms—Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and mobile. You’ll help shape the pitch, then steer the work across every milestone, ensuring campaigns are on brand, on time, and wildly engaging. What You’ll Do:
Pitch & Pre-Sale Strategy Collaborate with sales leads to develop compelling marketing narratives for branded games, media programs, and influencer campaigns. Build and present go-to-market strategies tailored to each platform (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, mobile). Lead creative brief development and ensure alignment between client goals, platform norms, and player behavior. Execution & Campaign Management Own the marketing and communications plan from kick-off to launch: messaging, cadence, assets, approvals. Oversee client-facing campaign deliverables (trailers, key art, social assets, paid media) and ensure they match the original pitch. Partner with internal teams to guide content calendars, live ops strategies, and influencer collaborations. Client Service & Growth Act as a senior point of contact for clients during production and campaign rollout. Drive client confidence by delivering clear updates, managing feedback rounds, and helping evolve campaigns post-launch. Identify and support opportunities to upsell or expand client partnerships. What You Bring:
6–10 years in marketing, client strategy, or integrated campaign roles, preferably with experience in gaming or entertainment. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in creating brand narratives, marketing plans, and pitch materials that win business. Strong client management skills—you’re as comfortable presenting to CMOs as you are reviewing Discord copy. Familiarity with Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and mobile game audiences and ecosystems is a major plus. A bias for action, a sharp eye for creative, and a deep love of gaming culture. Bonus Points For:
Experience launching branded content, UGC, or immersive media programs in gaming platforms. Background in influencer campaigns or paid media that drive player acquisition and engagement. You can talk to both a 12-year-old Roblox player and a brand manager at Nike—and keep them both hyped.
