Highlights
** No extensive travel – our clients are regional, typically within a 90 minute radius, but primarily within 30-60 min travel time.**
- A company truck will be provided.
- Our new Corporate Headquarters has moved to New Albany, Ohio.
- The ICS Installation Technician will be responsible for installing security, access control, CCTV and audio/visual systems for various clients (Corporations, Educational Facilities, Museums, Municipalities, and Houses of Worship) and providing system maintenance and repair. The
- This role will work independently under the direction of a Department Manager.
- Troubleshoot systems that are not working correctly and provide necessary repairs needed to correct the deficiency.
- Terminate and install devices, headend and program various access control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Complete all work in an efficient and productive manner.
- Take instruction and direction from the Lead Technician and Project Manager.
- Collaborate with trades, subs and customers at the site.
- Assist in the final hook up, settings, and testing for the system.
- Assist in the system demonstration for the Customer.
- Meet the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong skills with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic electronic principles.
- Good computer hardware and software skills.
- Familiar with basic audio, video, and security concepts.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Good customer service and leadership skills, and good working habits.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Must be reliable, on time, a team player, quality minded, and detail oriented.
- 2+ years of experience in the Low voltage, AV, Security, Access Control, Intrusion, Surveillance industries.
