1. Lead the technical design and implementation of ui / ux projects from conception to delivery. 2. Experience with design tools like adobe xd, sketch, figma, or similar. 4. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design concepts. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. 6. Problem-solving skills to identify design issues and propose effective solutions. 7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Certifications : UX Design Certification or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
